In this Gentle Yoga Class we will focus on gentle yoga movements and gentle yoga postures that will help heal and restore the neck, hips, shoulders, and spine. This class is excellent for those of us that have spinal, neck, hip, and shoulder issues/injuries that have lingered on for far too long. We will use self-myofascial release (self massage), gentle yoga poses, and therapeutic alignment methods to restore balance to your skeletal structure, muscular system, and overall health.
